La dépréssion

Il est intéressant de constater que la dépression n’existe pas dans les pays où règnent, la guerre, la violence, le drame, bref l’insécurité et la survie. Ces pays ou l’on hurle, on pleure, on souffre… on ne déprime pas.                                                         * * * * * *

Le nœud du problème est bien au niveau psychique puisque les glandes surrénales qui sont génératrices d’adrénaline et qui sont là pour faire face aux situations d’urgence, sont souvent inhibées par des peurs ou des pollutions. Il en résulte donc une chute des défenses immunitaires qui s’accompagne d’une chute des défenses psychiques.

Il ne faut pas perdre de vue qu’une dépression nerveuse est pour la plupart du temps un « sabotage » provenant de notre « Soi intérieur », face à une situation d’insatisfaction profonde, de frustration et d’ennui, faisant barrage à un incontournable besoin d’évolution personnelle, et ne trouvant aucune issue satisfaisante. Ce syndrome résulte d’un non agir, d’un manque d’initiative, devant une situation inacceptable. Les peurs de perdre, de manquer, d’être rejeté, « puni » ou condamné sont les causes principales de ce blocage. On manque de courage pour affronter les aléas et le prix de la libération. Alors, inconsciemment, l’on s’invente une petite mort, une déchéance qui va enfin obliger l’entourage à une attention particulière, même si cela ne résout pas le problème de fond.
